脱细胞肝支架的制备及其研究进展
Preparation and Research Progress of Decellularized Liver Scaffolds

Abstract
Decellularized liver scaffold(DLS)technology removes cellular components from native liver tissue via physical,chemi-cal,and biological methods while preserving the inherent architecture and bioactive components of the extracellular matrix(ECM).Owing to its favorable biocompatibility and low immunogenicity,DLS serves as a promising platform for applications in liver transplantation,disease modeling,and drug screening.However,the lack of standardized protocols for DLS technology remains a major challenge.This review system-atically examines recent advances in decellularization strategies,including the use of low-concentration detergents,novel eluents,and opti-mized perfusion pathways.Furthermore,we summarize the expanding applications of DLS in liver transplantation,bioartificial liver systems,three-dimensional disease models,drug toxicity assessment,3D-bioprinted bioinks,and the performance evaluation of liquid embolic agents.Looking forward,we emphasize the need to establish unified evaluation criteria for DLS,develop more safer and efficient decellularization methods,and promote the functional and safety validation in clinical translation.These steps provide more instructive theoretical support and practical guidance for the clinical application of liver tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.关键词
