从"量增"到"质优":新时代全国青少年校园足球特色学校建设转型的案例研究
From"Quantity Increase"to"Superior Quality":A Case Study of the Construction and Transformation of Cam-pus Football Characteristic Schools in the New Era

Abstract
Using three campus football characteristic schools from different regions and educational stages as cases,included Coral Luneng Primary School in Chongqing,Wenhua School of Shenzhen Nanshan Foreign Languages Group,and the Experimental School Affiliated to Northeast Normal University,this study examined the practical measures,internal mechanisms,and outcomes of their transition from quantitative expansion to quality-oriented development.Following the practical logic of"why to transform-how to transform-what outcomes are achieved",the cases revealed three pathways:optimizing teacher structure from generalist to football-specialized staffing,upgrading competition systems from high-frequency to systematic organization,and restructuring teaching from accumulated class hours to optimized curricular design.Based on the theoretical logic of"mode-structure-momentum",the study found that this transition was driven by the synergy of practical innovation and flexible governance,the integration of multilevel governance and cross-sector resources,and the coupling of internal-external drivers with value alignment.It suggests promoting quality-oriented transformation through internal governance,re-source coordination,and policy implementation.关键词
