Role of Spermidine in Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure and its Research Progress
摘要
Abstract
Premature ovarian Failure(POF)is a disease that seriously affects female fertility,with complex and diverse etiologies,bringing tremendous psychological and physiological burdens to patients.In recent years,spermidine,as an important polyamine compound,has received widespread attention due to its potential roles in cell proliferation,apoptosis,and reproductive health.It may have a positive impact on POF patients by regulating ovarian function,improving cell oxidative stress level and promoting oocyte quality.This provides new ideas and directions for the research and clinical application of spermidine in POF.This review discusses the relationship between spermidine and POF,and analyzes its role in the pathogenesis of POF and its prospects as a potential treatment strategy in the future.关键词
