How to improve the survival rate of autologous fat grafting?
摘要
Abstract
Autologous fat grafting is a plastic surgery procedure that involves re-injecting fat aspirated from the patient's own body into other sites to address tissue volume deficits.However,the instability of postoperative fat retention rate remains the primary challenge faced by this technique.The entire process of fat grafting comprises multiple steps,including fat aspiration,processing and purification,injection,and adjuvant treatment,each of which can affect the fat retention rate.To improve the retention rate,clinical optimizations have been proposed for each step,among which the processing of fat aspirate is particularly critical.This review focuses on fat processing and purification technologies,compares the effects of different processing methods on the retention rate,and provides a basis for achieving ideal grafting outcomes.关键词
