Digital Transformation and Innovative Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs)in Strategic Emerging Industries:An Integrated Framework and Implementation Pathways

Abstract
Digital transformation is the focus of the technological revolution and industrial revolution,and the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in strategic emerging industries is an important engine to achieve national economic development and technological self-reliance.Based on the international comparison of the innovative development of SMEs in strategic emerging industries in the United States,Germany,Japan and China,this paper focuses on the two dimensions of government and market,extracts the evolution process of organizational entrepreneurship-factor formation-innovation behavior-value realization.This paper also conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the integration framework of digital transformation to promote the innovative development of SMEs in strategic emerging industries,and tries to reveal the growth logic of the innovative development of SMEs in strategic emerging industries under the background of digitalization,aiming to achieve a leap in innovation level.Finally,based on the realistic situation of SMEs in the new stage of development,this paper focuses on digitalization and proposes the five forces practice path of digital transformation to promote the innovation and development of SMEs in strategic emerging industries.关键词
