大白菜黑斑病抗性遗传分析
Genetic analysis of black spot resistance in Chinese cabbage

Abstract
To elucidate the genetic mechanism of resistance to black spot disease in Chinese cabbage,this study conduct-ed resistance identification using an indoor detached leaf inoculation method on a six-generation(P1,P2,F1,F2,BC1F1,BC2F1)population constructed from the parental materials J406 and K23.The inheritance pattern of resistance was ana-lyzed using the major gene plus polygene joint genetic analysis method.The results demonstrated that the genetic model of black spot disease resistance in Chinese cabbage follows the MX2-ADI-AD model,which is controlled by two pairs of additive-dominance-epistasis major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes.Further analysis of the heritability in the three segregating generations(F2,BC1F1,BC2F1)revealed that the major gene heritability were 62.27%,76.93%and 79.22%,respectively,indicating that the inheritance of resistance is primarily controlled by major genes.The findings clar-ify the genetic pattern of resistance to black spot disease in Chinese cabbage and highlight the central role of major genes,providing an important theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the mining of favorable genes,marker-assisted selec-tion,and the breeding of new resistant varieties in Chinese cabbage black spot disease resistance breeding programs.关键词
