基于知识行为模型的聚焦心理护理在宫腔镜检查中的应用
Application Focused Psychological Nursing Based on the Knowledge to Action Model in Hysteroscopy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of focused psychological nursing based on the knowledge to action(KTA)model in hysteroscopy(HS).Method:A total of 100 patients who underwent HS at Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected.According to the order of admission,50 patients admitted from January to June 2024 were included in the control group(conventional nursing intervention),and 50 patients admitted from July to December 2024 were included in the study group(focused psychological nursing intervention based on KTA model).The HS conditions,psychological status,stress indicators,comfort status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The HS duration of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total acceptance of HS was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after intervention were both lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)in the study group after intervention were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused psychological nursing based on KTA model can shorten the time of HS,improve the overall HS acceptance for patients,and alleviate anxiety and depression and stress response.关键词
