Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of in-hospital nutrition management scheme combined with refined volume management in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:A total of 90 patients with acute exacerbation of CHF who were admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from July 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped using the random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine intervention,and the observation group(n=45)was given the in-hospital nutrition management scheme combined with refined volume management on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.The nutritional status,self-care ability,cardiac function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the total protein(TP)levels of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the albumin(ALB)levels of the observation group was higher than that before the intervention,ALB and TP levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in both groups increased compared to before the intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in both groups decreased compared to before the intervention,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of mental health,emotional function,physiological function and social function in SF-36 in both groups increased compared to before the intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of in-hospital nutrition management scheme combined with refined volume management in patients with acute exacerbation of CHF can effectively improve the nutritional status and cardiac function,promote self-care ability,and improve the quality of life.关键词
