Research advances in ultrasound-guided acupotomy therapy for chronic spinal musculoskeletal pain rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
Chronic spinal musculoskeletal pain(CSP)constitutes a significant subtype of musculoskeletal pain,severely impacting patients'spinal function,quality of life,and emotional responses.In recent years,ultrasound-guided acupotomy(UGA)has increasingly been applied to treat CSP with favorable outcomes.Integrating ultra-sound technology with acupotomy techniques,it represents a shift from"blind procedures"to"visualised treat-ment",yet relevant reviews remain scarce.Consequently,this review examines the advantages and clinical value of UGA for CSP treatment,alongside current challenges and future directions,based on the existing research land-scape.It aims to provide guidance for clinical practice selection and subsequent research.关键词
