Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of prospective intervention combined with 45° semi-recumbent position on the emergency treatment effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:A total of 80 AMI patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Jingdezhen Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional care)and observation group(prospective intervention combined with 45° semi-recumbent position on the basis of the control group),with 40 cases in each group.The myocardial oxygen consumption,timeliness indicators of emergency procedures,clinical outcome indicators,comfort indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:At 30 minutes after intervention(T1),and 6 hours after intervention(T2),the rate pressure product(RPP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The emergency stay time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the completion time of the first electrocardiogram and the detection time of troponin were earlier than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective intervention combined with 45° semi-recumbent position can effectively reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,optimize the emergency treatment process,and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
