A review of the characteristics of plantar pressure and its clinical implications in preschool children with obesity
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing severity of childhood obesity,the foot health of preschool children with obesity has gradually attracted attention.The characteristics of plantar pressure,as important indicators reflecting children's gait and body load,can reveal the impact of obesity on children's motor function and health.Current research shows that preschool obese children have significant abnormalities in plantar pressure distribution,gait and biome-chanical characteristics,which are closely related to the pathophysiological changes caused by obesity.However,systematic studies on the characteristics of plantar pressure in preschool children with obesity are still relatively lim-ited,and related research often lacks in-depth exploration of clinical implications.This article aims to summarize the characteristics of plantar pressure in preschool children with obesity,analyze the impact of obesity on their plantar pressure distribution,and discuss the clinical issues that these changes may bring,hoping to provide effective theo-retical support for clinical practice and future research,and promote the improvement of foot health and optimization of intervention strategies for preschool children with obesity.关键词
