脑微循环障碍在血管性认知障碍中的作用机制及相关诊疗研究进展
Research progress on mechanisms of cerebral microcirculation disturbance in vascular cognitive impairment and novel strategies in clinical practice

Abstract
Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is the second leading cause of dementia after Alzheimer's disease.Due to its insidious onset and lack of specific treatments,VCI significantly impacts patients' quality of life.Microcirculation disturbance in the brain is a central pathophysiological process in the onset and progression of VCI.Key factors contributing to cerebral microcirculation disturbance include hemodynamic abnormalities caused by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,microthrombosis,and inflammatory cascade reactions.Currently,detection methods for cerebral microcirculation disturbance are limited,and specific therapeutic targets are lacking.This article reviewed the role and pathophysiological mechanisms of cerebral microcirculation dysfunction in VCI,and aimed to help the screening of VCI and identify specific therapeutic targets for its treatment.关键词
