Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training on the symptom outcome of hemiplegic patients in recovery period of stroke.Method:A total of 128 hemiplegic patients in recovery period of stroke admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=64)and the control group(n=64)according to the random number table method.Both groups received basic treatment,on this basis,the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received biofeedback therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lower limb muscle strength,upper limb function,balance function and living ability of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the manual muscle test(MMT),the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale-upper extremity(FMA-UE),Berg balance scale(BBS),and Barthel index(BI)of both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training can effectively improve clinical symptoms of hemiplegic patients in recovery period of stroke,enhance lower limb muscle strength,and improve upper and balance function as well as living abilities.关键词
