脐针联合普通针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Umbilical Needle Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of umbilical needle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type.Method:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type who were treated in Wuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to June 2025 were selected.The patients were divided into the experimental group(umbilical needle combined with acupuncture treatment)and the control group(acupuncture treatment)by using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The quality of life,lumbar function,VAS score before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After 3 days,1 week,2 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group,while the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment.Conclusion:Compared with acupuncture alone,umbilical needle combined with acupuncture has more clinical advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type.关键词
