以KTH模式为基础的全媒体健康教育对胃癌患者姑息性化疗期间生活质量的影响
Effect of All Media Health Education Based on KTH Model on Quality of Life of Gastric Cancer Patients during Palliative Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of the all media health education based on the KTH model on the anxiety and depression,hope level and self-care ability of patients with gastric cancer during palliative chemotherapy.Method:Fifty gastric cancer patients who were admitted to the Chemotherapy Department of Gansu Wuwei Tumor Hospital for palliative chemotherapy from January to March 2024 were set as the control group and received the conventional health education model.From April to June 2024,47 gastric cancer patients who were admitted to the Chemotherapy Department of our hospital for palliative chemotherapy were set as the observation group and adopted the all media health education based on the KTH model.After 6 months of intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS,Herth hope index(HHI),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),and quality of life(SF-36)of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:After 6 months of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of the three dimensions of HHI,the scores of the four dimensions of ESCA,the scores of the 8 dimensions of SF-36 were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the all media health education based on the KTH model during palliative chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer can improve their anxiety and depression,enhance their hope level and self-care ability,and ultimately improve their quality of life.关键词
