数智时代高职院校就业教育内容的确立及其制度保障
Content Establishment and Institutional Guarantee of Employment Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Digital Intelligence Era

Abstract
In the digital intelligence era,employment education in higher vocational colleges is faced with practical dilemmas such as performance orientation hindering students'long-term development and standard supply restraining students'individual needs.Based on this,based on the type attribute of vocational education and aiming at promoting students'sustainable career development,this paper constructs a three-dimensional content system of employment education integrating industrial needs,student growth and national strategy.The system covers three modules:foundation of basic literacy,integration of professional abilities and career self-construction,and puts forward the basic principles for constructing employment education content from three dimensions:subject positioning,content composition and value order.To ensure the effective implementation of vocational education content,the Chinese government should design an institutional guarantee framework combining subject collaboration,standard adjustment and motivation,so as to form an employment education system for higher vocational colleges with forward-looking adaptability and continuous optimization ability.关键词
