肺炎支原体肺炎患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中铁蛋白水平与塑型性支气管炎的相关性
Correlation between ferritin levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and plastic bronchitis in patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between ferritin levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and the severity of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),as well as its predictive value for plastic bronchitis(PB).Methods A retrospective ana-lysis was conducted on the clinical data of 121 patients with MPP.Based on clinical presentation,the patients were divided into non-se-vere MPP(NSMPP)group(74 cases)and severe MPP(SMPP)group(47 cases).According to bronchoscopic findings,they were further classified into a PB group(39 cases)and a non-PB(NPB)group(82 cases).A control group of 14 patients with bronchial foreign bodies admitted during the same period was selected.Ferritin levels in BALF were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and differences in ferritin levels and clinical indicators among groups were compared.Results Ferritin levels in BALF were signifi-cantly higher in the SMPP group compared to the NSMPP group(P<0.001),and significantly higher in the PB group compared to the NPB group(P<0.001).Ferritin levels in BALF were significantly higher in patients with MPP than in those with bronchial foreign bodies(P<0.001).Conclusion Ferritin levels in BALF reflect the severity of MPP and represent an independent risk factor for PB.关键词
