耳尖放血联合耳部全息铜砭刮痧在阴虚火旺型顽固性失眠患者中的应用
Application of Ear Tip Bloodletting Combined with Ear Holographic Copper Tool Scraping in Patients with Refractory Insomnia of the Yin Deficiency and Fire Exuberance Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ear tip bloodletting combined with ear holographic copper tool scraping for patients with refractory insomnia of the Yin deficiency and fire exuberance type.Method:A total of 120 patients with refractory insomnia of the Yin deficiency and fire exuberance type admitted to Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the study group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional intervention,while the study group was intervened with ear tip bloodletting combined with ear holographic copper tool scraping on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The sleep quality,anxiety,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores and SAS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of the World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL-100)in both groups increased compared with those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with refractory insomnia of the Yin deficiency and fire exuberance type,performing ear tip bloodletting and ear holographic copper tool scraping can improve sleep quality and anxiety,reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and enhance the quality of life.关键词
