喹硫平治疗伴有精神病性症状的脑卒中后精神障碍的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Quetiapine on Post-stroke Mental Disorders Accompanied by Psychotic Symptoms

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and clinical value of Quetiapine in the treatment of post-stroke mental disorders accompanied by psychotic symptoms.Method:The clinical data of 94 patients with post-stroke mental disorders accompanied by psychotic symptoms admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected for a retrospective study.According to the different treatment plans,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Haloperidol,whereas the experimental group received Quetiapine.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function,complement protein levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores for negative symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in the positive and negative syndrome scale of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the positive symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed a higher number of completed categories and a lower percentage of perseverative errors in the Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of complement 3b(C3b)and C5b-9 in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine is effective in the treatment of post-stroke mental disorders accompanied by psychotic symptoms,which can improve cognitive function and complement protein levels without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
