小儿止鼾通畅方联合西医治疗小儿肺脾气虚型腺样体肥大的效果
The Effect of Xiaoer Zhihan Tongchang Formula Combined with Western Medicine on Adenoid Hypertrophy Children of Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaoer Zhihan Tongchang Formula combined with western medicine on adenoid hypertrophy children of lung spleen Qi deficiency type.Method:A total of 120 children with adenoid hypertrophy of lung spleen Qi deficiency type who were treated at Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the study group was treated with Xiaoer Zhihan Tongchang Formula on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the degree of adenoid hypertrophy were compared between the two groups.Re-examinations were conducted 6 months and 1 year after treatment to compare the recurrence rate of the two groups.The operation rate of the two groups was compared after one year of observation following the treatment.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of nasal congestion and snoring in the study group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the degree of adenoid hypertrophy in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rate and surgical rate of the study group one year after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Zhihan Tongchang Formula combined with western medicine has a good therapeutic effect on adenoid hypertrophy children of lung spleen Qi deficiency type,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of adenoid hypertrophy and lower the one-year recurrence rate and surgical rate.关键词
