医用直线加速器微波功率源的技术现状及发展趋势
Technical Status and Development Trends of Micro wave Power Sources for Medical Linear Accelerators

Abstract
The microwave power source is a core component of the medical linear accelerator,and the per-formance of it directly determines the stability of dose output and restricts the maximum dose rate.To meet the clinical application requirements for high dose rate and high-load operation,and adapt to the development direction of high-speed and miniaturized new-generation radiotherapy equipment,the technical status of the microwave pow-er source and key supporting components of the medical linear accelerator are analyzed,and the key technical indi-cators,localization progress,and challenges faced by pulsed magnetrons and klystrons are mainly discussed.From the application perspective of the whole-machine system,the development trends and requirements of the micro-wave power source towards compact and high-power,precise power supply,intelligent monitoring,and long-life and high-reliability are prospected.关键词
