双端单环隔膜带磁控管研究
Research on a Double-End Single-Ring Strapping Magnetron
摘要
Abstract
To reduce the design cost of magnetrons and further improve the cost-effectiveness of microwave ovens,a 1.9 kW S-band double-end single-ring strapping continuous wave magnetron is simulated and designed.The dimensions and structural parameters are determined through an empirical formula for strapping design,fol-lowed by iterative optimization by utilizing CST simulation software.The simulation results show that the operating frequency is 2.460 GHz,and the efficiency is 77.58%.Compared with the double-end double-ring strapping con-figuration,this design achieves a material reduction of 41%.关键词
