多级辊牵伸热黏合对聚乙烯非织造布微观结构及其性能影响研究
Microstructure and properties of polyethylene nonwoven fabrics prepared by multi-stage roller drawing-calendering thermal bonding process

Abstract
To address the poor mechanical properties of polyethylene(PE)nonwoven fabrics,this study proposes a cou-pled process combining multi-stage drawing and multi-roller calendering thermal bonding.The effects of thermal bonding temperature and draw ratio on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and water resistance of the nonwovens were systematically investigated.When the thermal bonding temperature was increased to 122~125℃,a continuous inter-fi-ber bonding network was formed,which increased the machine-direction tensile strength from 0.34 kN/m to 1.37 kN/m(an enhancement of more than 3 times).At a draw ratio of 1∶1.375,the orientation degree of the nonwoven fabric was improved,further increasing the tensile strength to 1.53 kN/m.Additionally,the thermal bonding treatment reduced the water contact angle to 108.3 °,indicating a decrease in the hydrophobicity of the PE nonwovens.关键词
