Abstract
This study proposes a multi-source data acquisition system based on digital twin technology for high-precision injection molding.The system adopts a three-layer architecture consisting of a physical entity layer,a digital twin layer,and a service layer,which enables real-time perception and bidirectional virtual-physical synchronization.Through struc-tural optimization of the mold,pressure,capacitance and temperature sensors are reasonably deployed.Key process pa-rameters are collected via the OPC UA protocol,constructing a stable and high-reliability data acquisition network.Tak-ing a composite mobile phone bracket as the verification case,Moldflow simulation and experimental tests were conduct-ed to validate the overall system design.The results show that the developed system can accurately monitor cavity param-eters,with high sampling precision and stable operating performance.This work offers a sound technical framework and practical references for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of injection molding equipment.关键词
