Abstract
In this study,the cone sleeve joint commonly used in fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite hydrogen trans-mission pipelines was selected.Its three-dimensional structure was modeled using SolidWorks,and simulations of its me-chanical and sealing performances were conducted via ANSYS.A multi-objective optimization problem was established with the maximum equivalent stress of the pipe inner layer and the contact pressure between the pipe inner layer and the mandrel as the optimization objectives,and the crimping amount at the sleeve as the optimization variable.The optimal crimping amount obtained was 1.99 mm.Subsequently,another multi-objective optimization problem was constructed,taking the maximum equivalent stress of the pipe inner layer,the contact pressure between the pipe inner layer and the mandrel,and the contact area as the optimization objectives,and the tooth height and tooth angle of the mandrel teeth as the optimization variables.The optimal tooth height and tooth angle were determined to be 1.60 mm and 52 °,respec-tively.A comparison between the predicted values of the Kriging model and the ANSYS simulation results indicated that the relative error of the equivalent stress was 2%,the relative error of the contact pressure was 0.7%,and the relative error of the contact area was 0.3%.Compared with the initial values,the maximum contact stress was increased by 24%,and the maximum equivalent stress of the inner layer was reduced by 30%,which effectively improved the com-prehensive performance of the pipeline joint.关键词
