摘要
Abstract
Dual energy X-ray color images are widely used in luggage security inspection imaging and materi-al identification.By calculating the atomic number,the inspected substance can be divided into three categories:or-ganic matter,mixture,and inorganic matter,corresponding to orange,green,and blue pseudo colors to assist securi-ty personnel in discrimination.An improved security inspection pseudo color image enhancement algorithm based on Retinex model is proposed to address the problems of imaging distortion,unclear segmentation of edge details of different material colors,and blurred edges in security check pseudo color images.This algorithm first integrates guided filtering with Block Matching and 3D Filtering(BM3D)algorithm to achieve accurate estimation of illumi-nated images.After removing the illumination component,it uses Unsharp Masking(USM)algorithm to enhance high-frequency information.Finally,it uses Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization(CLAHE)algorithm to improve the global contrast of the image.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effec-tively improve the quality and clarity of pseudo color images in security inspection,enhance image visibility,and effectively reduce the risk of misjudgment in security inspection recognition.关键词
