健脾益肺膏联合布拉氏酵母菌散对肺脾气虚型厌食症患儿的影响
Effect of Jianpi Yifei Paste Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets on Children with Anorexia of Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi Yifei Paste combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets on children with anorexia of lung-spleen Qi deficiency type.Method:Seventy children with anorexia of lung-spleen Qi deficiency type who were admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to July 2025 were enrolled.Children were assigned using a random number table to the control group(n=35,treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets)and the study group(n=35,in addition to the treatment of the control group,treated with Jianpi Yifeng Paste).Both groups underwent 4 weeks of treatment.The efficacy,TCM syndromes scores,laboratory indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group after 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared to before the treatment,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of salivary amylase,hemoglobin,serum zinc,serum calcium,serum iron,and neuropeptide Y in both groups increased compared to before the treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jianpi Yifei Paste with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets has a better therapeutic effect in treating children with anorexia of lung-spleen Qi deficiency type.It can improve the laboratory indexes,reduce the TCM syndromes scores,and does not increase adverse reactions.关键词
