基于羽毛球场地胶材料的TPU改性研究
Research on TPU modification based on flooring material of badminton courts

Abstract
In this study,an organic-inorganic synergistic composite system was constructed by introducing attapulgite(ATP)and acylhydrazide-based nucleating agent TMC-300,and its effects on the properties of thermoplastic polyure-thane(TPU)composites were investigated.The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the TPU composites was studied using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the combination of ATP and TMC-300 exhibited a significant synergistic effect:ATP acted as heterogeneous nucleation sites,while TMC-300 regulated the chain arrangement via hydrogen bonds to improve the crystallization behavior of TPU.The flexural strength,cantilever beam notched impact strength,friction coefficient,specific wear rate,and dry/wet anti-slip values(BPN)of the TPU composites were systematically tested.Compared with TPU-0,TPU-3 with the composite system showed an increase in flexural strength by 10.3 MPa and an improvement in impact strength by 41%.Meanwhile,TPU-3 also boasts the optimal coefficient of friction and wear ratio,with both dry and wet-state BPN meeting the DB 13/T 5088-2019 stan-dard:dry-state 80~110 and wet-state≥47.This is because ATP can form a self-lubricating film to reduce the friction coefficient and act as rigid supporting points to form dense surface protrusions,which greatly enhance the BPN.TMC-300 induced the crystallization of TPU hard segments and strengthened the interfacial adhesion between ATP and TPU through hydrogen bonding,thereby fully exerting the modification effect of ATP.关键词
