低温下固定床反应器碳纤维载体对产甲烷特性的影响研究

Abstract
In order to explore how to achieve efficient anaerobic methanogenesis at low temperatures,this study utilized a fixed-bed reactor.By externally adding the methanogenic strain BDP-8 and adjusting the density of the carbon fiber carrier,the gas production efficiency of the fixed-bed reactor at low temperatures was evaluated based on indicators such as gas pro-duction volume,methane content,pH value,volatile fatty acid content,and COD removal rate.The results showed that when the bacterial suspension concentration was 30%and a carbon fiber membrane with a mass fraction of 5.25%was add-ed,the optimal gas production efficiency was achieved.The cumulative gas production volume reached 559 mL,the pH value fluctuated within a narrow range,the volatile fatty acids were effectively degraded,and the COD removal rate reached 93.48%.These findings demonstrate that the appropriate addition of the selected methanogenic strain and carbon fiber membrane in a fixed-bed anaerobic reactor at low temperatures can significantly enhance the methanogenesis process.关键词
