Abstract
Hainan's rural design and cultural tourism resources are diverse and boast distinct regional characteristics.These distributed cultural tourism resources across villages and towns in Hainan provide a solid foundation for the rise of the local cultural tourism streaming industry.The professional competence of rural cultural tourism streamers influences the dissemination effectiveness,audience acceptance,and industrial transformation efficiency of Hainan's rural cultural tourism resources.A project-oriented training model,which uses specific rural cultural tourism dissemination projects as a vehicle,integrates streamer capability development with practical cultural tourism dissemination tasks.This approach can enhance the comprehensive quality and operational skills of rural cultural tourism streamers in Hainan,thereby supporting the development of the rural cultural tourism industry.关键词
