父母忽视与初中生社会适应的关系及其反刍思维的作用
Rumination as a mediator between parental neglect and social adaptation in middle school students based on network analysis

Abstract
Objective:To examine the associations among parental neglect,rumination,and social adaptation in middle school students.Methods:A total of 542 middle school students completed the Parental Neglect Scale,Ruminative Responses Scale,and Social Adaptation Scale.A cross-sectional design was employed to construct a pa-rental neglect-rumination-social adaptation network.Correlation analysis examined variable associations.Graph theo-ry-based network analysis identified central dimensions and bridge symptoms.Mediation effects were tested using PROCESS v3.4 with 5 000 bootstrap samples.Results:Rumination mediated the relationship between parental neg-lect and social adaptation,with an indirect effect of-0.19(95%CI:-0.26 to-0.12).In the network analysis,Interpersonal Harmony(a social adaptation dimension)exhibited the highest strength centrality,indicating its pivot-al role.Life Independence and Brooding(rumination dimension)emerged as the key bridge dimensions.The net-work demonstrated high accuracy(narrow bootstrap CIs)and sufficient stability(centrality stability coefficient=0.75);The network comparison revealed a significant between-group difference in the association between Emo-tional Neglect and Collective Integration among male and female adolescents(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rumination on parental neglect is a key latent factor linking neglect to social adaptation.Network analysis further highlights core and bridge dimensions-particularly interpersonal harmony,life independence,and brooding-as potential intervention targets.Gender-specific differences underscore the need for tailored intervention strategies.关键词
