大学生孤独感与问题性手机使用动态关系的日记法研究
Daily diary study of dynamic relationship between loneliness and problematic mobile phone use among college students

Abstract
Objective:To examine the relationship between loneliness and problematic mobile phone use(PMPU)among college students,as well as the mediating roles of rumination and escape motivation.Methods:A diary method was employed to collect data from 184 college students over 14 consecutive days.Participants comple-ted the UCLA Loneliness Scale,Smartphone Addiction Scale,Positive and Negative Rumination scale,and Mobile Phone Use Motivation Questionnaire.Multilevel models(MLM),dynamic structural equation modeling(DSEM),and multilevel structural equation modeling(MSEM)were used to examine the relationship between loneliness and PMPU.Results:At the within-person level,the bidirectional predictive relationship between same-day loneliness and same-day PMPU was statistically significant(β=0.10,0.10,Ps＜0.001).Daily PMPU positively predicted loneli-ness on the following day(β=0.07,P＜0.01),while daily loneliness did not significantly predict next-day PMPU(β=0.03,P＞0.05).Rumination were statistically significantly mediated both same-day and cross-day associations(indirect effects=0.08,0.03,Ps＜0.05),whereas escape motivation did not(indirect effects≤0.01,Ps＞0.05).At the between-person level,the bidirectional relationship between loneliness and PMPU was statistically significant(β=0.56-0.61,Ps＜0.001),and the mediating effects of both rumination and escape motivation were significant(indirect effects=0.66,0.10,Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:Daily PMPU and daily loneliness reinforce each other on the same day,and daily PMPU exacerbates following-day loneliness.Rumination plays a key and sustained mediating role,while the role of escape motivation tends to reflect more stable trait-level differences.关键词
