Stage Evolution and Effective Paths for the Professional Growth of"Craftsman-Type"Vocational Teachers

Abstract
The construction of a"craftsman-type"vocational teacher team is the core support for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper focuses on three directions:optimizing the compound knowledge system,enriching teaching practice and creating a sound professional ecology,and constructs an analytical framework for the professional growth of"craftsman-type"vocational teachers.It systematically analyses the three-stage professional growth characteristics of skill foundation,ability advancement and realm sublimation.Looking forward to the future,it is necessary to follow the law of professional growth of"craftsman-type"vocational teachers,take multiple measures to optimize their compound knowledge system,improve their teaching ability in an all-round way,and create a sound ecology for their professional growth in multiple dimensions,so as to provide solid support for the construction of"craftsman-type"vocational teacher teams and the high-quality development of vocational education.关键词
