Abstract
The 14th Five-Year Plan period represents a critical stage for China's tea industry,transitioning from scale expansion to quality-efficiency orientation.As the cornerstone of high-quality industrial development,tea quality and safety has been systematically investigated across five dimensions:detection technology innovation,pollutant migration and transformation mechanisms,risk assessment framework construction,standard system refinement,and whole-chain control upgrading,yielding a series of breakthrough advances.This article systematically reviewed the research achievements in China's tea quality and safety field during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and outlined development directions for the 15th Five-Year Plan,providing theoretical support and technical references for scientific quality and safety management and green sustainable development of the tea industry.关键词
