Review of Tea Industry in Zhejiang During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period and Prospects for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the supporting role of tea science and technology innovation in Zhejiang was significantly enhanced.Notable achievements were made in the promotion and inheritance of tea culture,remarkable progress was attained in the development of the tea industry,and the province led the nation in outcomes related to increasing farmers' income and benefits.Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period,Zhejiang will accelerate the establishment of a new pattern characterized by the"three product attributes and three dimensions of diversity"for the tea sector,with a high-quality focus on fulfilling the key tasks of"three improvements and three increases".Priority will be given to strengthening industrial upgrading,diversified development,comprehensive utilization,market expansion,talent cultivation,technology research and extension,cultural leadership,and the empowerment of farmers,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the tea industry,the driving force of tea science and technology,and the guiding power of tea culture,while continuing to promote Zhejiang as a world-class tea destination.关键词
