体外冲击波穴位疗法联合独活寄生汤治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床研究
Clinical Research on Extracorporeal Shock Wave Acupoint Therapy Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Cold-Dampness and Bi-Stagnation Pattern

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave acupoint therapy combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and neuromuscular training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold-dampness and bi-stagnation pattern.Methods Patients of knee osteoarthritis with cold-dampness and bi-stagnation pattern who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received neuromuscular training,while the observation group received extracorporeal shock wave acupoint therapy combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,VAS scores,Lysholm functional scores,knee joint temperature,temperature difference between the knee joint and the inner side of the upper arm,as well as serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-17 were observed before and after treatment in both groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,knee joint temperature,temperature difference between the knee joint and the inner side of the upper arm,and serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-17(P<0.05),while Lysholm scores significantly increased(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,knee joint temperature,temperature difference between the knee joint and the inner side of the upper arm,and serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-17 than the control group(P<0.01),while Lysholm scores were higher(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.75%(45/48),significantly higher than 79.17%(38/48)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave acupoint therapy combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and neuromuscular training can effectively alleviate pain syndrome,improve knee joint function,and reduce inflammatory response in patients of knee osteoarthritis with cold-dampness and bi-stagnation pattern.关键词
