On the High-quality Talent Cultivating System for Vocational Undergrauate Education:Theoretical Model and Essential Connotations

Abstract
China is steadily advancing the pilot programs of undergraduate vocational education,and considers it as an important task to establish a modern vocational education system that is vertically integrated and horizontally interconnected.There is an urgent need to build a high-quality talent cultivating system for vocational undergraduate education.Guided by Marxism's system theory,a hierarchical model framework for the talent cultivation system of vocational undergraduate education is constructed.From inside to outside,it is divided into five layers,namely value layer,goal layer,implementation layer,support layer,and environment layer.Starting from the nature of vocational education,the value layer highlights the integration of moral education and technical training,the goal layer emphasizes practical application,the implementation layer is rooted in the integration of industry and education,the support layer focuses on supervision and evaluation,and the environment layer promotes openness and adaptability.The expansion of these connotations is the key to achieving high-quality talent cultivating of vocational undergraduate education.关键词
