Connotation,Logic and Paths of the Symbiotic Training Paradigm of"Academics-Vocation-Pedagogy"for Master of Vocational and Technical Education

Abstract
Master students of vocational education constitute the core reserve of high-level"dual-qualified"teachers for vocational education,and the quality of their training is directly linked to the professional development of vocational education teaching workforce and the high-quality development of vocational education.Addressing the practical dilemma of fragmentation among the three dimensions of academic,vocational and pedagogical in current master training of vocational education hinges on constructing a symbiotic training paradigm of"Academics-Vocation-Pedagogy".This paradigm takes"academic grounding,vocational empowerment,and pedagogical orientation"as its three-dimensional positioning,with symbiotic integration as its essential core.Its internal logic manifests as the unified coherence of the three attributes at the value level,the collaborative coupling of multi-field cooperation at the structural level,and the spiral progression of knowledge-technology-teaching competence at the generative level.Accordingly,systematic advancement is required across four dimensions of optimization of training system,coordination of educational contexts,construction of capacity enhancement platforms,and improvement of safeguard mechanisms,which can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovation and quality improvement of master training of vocational education.关键词
