基于OBE理念的高等职业教育强省指数构建与实证分析
Construction and Empirical Analysis of Strong Province Index of Higher Vocational Education Based on the OBE Concept

Abstract
Building a strong provincial index for higher vocational education can provide quantitative basis and decision-making support for regional high-quality development and the construction of a strong province in education.Based on the OBE connotation and the requirement of building powerful vocational education country and province,the"Yuanbao Model"and its index system are constructed encompassing talent cultivation,industrial promotion,open empowerment,core support and ecological cultivation.By leveraging public data for measurement,the Higher Vocational Education Strong Province Index is developed.The research reveals that China's higher vocational education exhibits a gradient distribution from western to northeastern,central and eastern regions,with Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Guangdong ranking top.In terms of sub-dimensions,Jiangsu and Zhejiang excel in talent cultivation,industrial promotion and open empowerment.Beijing and Shanghai demonstrate superior performance in core support and ecological cultivation.Moving forward,it is imperative to persist in outcome-oriented approaches to advance high-quality development in higher vocational education,strengthen foundational conditions and ecosystems,and narrow regional disparities in vocational education nationwide.关键词
