Multi-dimensional Coupling and System Restructuring:Logical Evolution and Paths Innovation of Evening Education in China

Abstract
The development of evening education in China represents not only a dynamic evolutionary history deeply intertwined with social demands,but also an in-depth practice where educational innovation advances alongside the transformations of the times.Evolving from a"literacy campaign tool"in the revolutionary era and a"talent incubator"during the industrialization period,to a"vocational empowerment platform"in the market-oriented stage and a"lifelong learning carrier"in the new era,evening schools have consistently fulfilled social missions of different historical stages through flexible and diversified operational modes.Its evolutionary logic profoundly reflects the multi-dimensional coupling mechanism driven by social demands,facilitated by policy environments,boosted by technological advances and shaped by changing cultural perceptions,and demonstrates the symbiotic relationship between educational forms and the socio-economic and cultural ecosystem.Currently,evening education still faces practical challenges in terms of supply-demand matching,quality evaluation and operational mechanisms.Looking ahead,China's evening education should establish a multi-stakeholder collaborative mechanism for educational resources sharing,introduce innovative incentive systems to stimulate the internal motivation for lifelong learning,build an intelligent-driven new paradigm for personalized lifelong learning,strengthen policy coordination and standardized governance,and foster a new urban learning ecosystem through distinctive brand building.关键词
