便秘型肠易激综合征因-症分析及腹针联合穴位透药治疗对患者Th1/Th2免疫平衡的影响
Etiology-symptom analysis of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome and impact of abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint penetration therapy on Th1/Th2 immune balance of patients

Abstract
Objective:To conduct etiology-symptom analysis of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C)and investigate effects of abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint penetration therapy on immune balance of Th1/Th2 in patients.Methods:A total of 128 IBS-C patients admitted to Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were included in this study.Based on patients'preferences,cohort was stratified into two groups:Control arm(n=63,abdominal acupunc-ture treatment)and observational arm(n=65,abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint penetration therapy).To ensure compa-rability,1∶1 propensity score matching approach was employed,ultimately yielding a balanced sample of 60 patients in each group.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy evaluation,quality of life score,and changes in serum immune indi-cators were observed in both groups.Results:Clinical treatment efficacy in observational group notably surpassed of control group(P<0.05).Significant reductions in total and individual scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores post-treatment at 2 and 4 weeks compared to baseline(P<0.05).Observational group demonstrated more pronounced declines in scores at 2 and 4 weeks(P<0.05),including anxiety,physical obsession,health anxiety,and picky eating compared to control group at 2 and 4 weeks(P<0.05).Th1 cell level and Th1/Th2 in peripheral blood of observation group were significantly lower than control group 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,while Th2 cell level was significantly higher than control group.Analysis of immune markers showed that observational group had significantly elevated IL-10 levels and reduced IFN-γ and IL-2 levels after 2～4 weeks of treatment,as confirmed by both main and independent effect tests(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint penetration therapy for patients with IBS-C can improve clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome evaluation,and quality of life scores,and achieve balanced of Th1/Th2 by improving levels of immune indicators.关键词
