互联网使用对乡村治理的影响机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of Internet Use Affecting Rural Governance

Abstract
Digital tools represent an important means to promote the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.Based on data from the 2020 China Rural Revitalization Survey(CRRS),this study employs the OLS model,mediation effect model,and threshold effect model to systematically analyze the mechanisms through which internet use affects rural governance.Benchmark regression results show that Internet use can effectively improve rural governance,and this conclusion remains valid after endogeneity treatment and robustness test.Heterogeneity analysis shows that Internet use can significantly improve the governance effect in villages located closer to township governments,those with higher levels of development,and those adopting the"one-shoulder"leadership model.Mechanistic analysis suggests that Internet use indirectly improves rural governance by enhancing information acquisition capacity,promoting the accumulation of social capital,and fostering the accumulation of human capital.The threshold effect suggests that once digital infrastructure construction crosses a certain threshold,the positive impact of Internet use on rural governance increases significantly.Accordingly,efforts should be made to promote the popularization and application of Internet technology in rural areas,strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure in rural areas,guide rural residents to actively participate in rural digital governance,and strengthen digital skills training,thereby advancing good rural governance.关键词
