Exploration on Syndrome-treatment Thought of"Deficit Disease"in"Neike Zhaiyao"

Abstract
XUE Ji's"Neike Zhaiyao"provides a detailed discussion of deficiency diseases in internal medicine.Based on the differentiation of syndromes according to the viscera and bowels,it inherits from LI Dongyuan's theory of the spleen and stomach and QIAN Yi's theory of water and fire in the kidneys.It emphasizes the important role of the spleen,stomach,kidneys,and the gate of life(mingmen)in deficiency diseases,believing that excessive drinking,sexual activity,emotional imbalance,and overwork are the main causes of visceral deficiency.It emphasizes nourish-ing kidney Yang and kidney Yin,focusing on administering decoctions with pills,and skillfully using the theory of daily yin-yang balance to select prescriptions at appropriate times,supplementing morning and evening.Furthermore,XUE Ji's treatment of deficiency diseases emphasizes nourishing and warming tonification,skillfully using warming and tonifying methods to prevent stagnation,and combining warming and clearing techniques with tonification and purga-tion.His clinical characteristics have clinical guiding value for the diagnosis and treatment of deficiency diseases.关键词
