Analysis of the Relationship between HUA Tuo's"Preventive Treatment"Concept in the"Zhong Zang Jing"and Modern Health Management Thought

Abstract
The"Zhong Zang Jing",a classic text of Traditional Chinese Medicine written by Hua Tuo of the Eastern Han Dynasty,is based on the theory of"prevention of disease",grounded in the principles of"harmony between man and nature,""Yin and Yang,""five elements,"and"differentiation of syndromes among the internal organs".This theory forms the basis of a three-tiered prevention system for disease prevention.Based on SUN Guangrong's transla-tion,this article systematically analyzes its theoretical framework and clinical methods.Theoretically,it proposes the core principles of"regulating spirit and Qi,harmonizing Yin and Yang,and reconciling the internal organs,"and pio-neered the eight-principle differentiation system of"deficiency and excess,cold and heat,life and death,reversal and obedience",utilizing the early warning mechanism of"form,pulse,and syndrome"for early intervention.Practically,it integrates various methods such as regulating spirit and guiding Qi,dietary avoidance,herbal formulas,and acupunc-ture to form an individualized health management model.Research shows that the"Zhong Zang Jing",not only deepens the"prevention of disease"theory of the"Huangdi Neijing",but also provides solutions for contemporary chronic dis-ease management and environmental health challenges through the dynamic philosophy of"five elements circulation".Its"proactive health"concept aligns with the WHO's modern health promotion model,fully demonstrating the time-less value of preventive medicine in the"Zhong Zang Jing".关键词
