蒋氏筋骨并举治疗颈源性眩晕的临床经验
Clinical Experience of Jiang's Combined Tendon-Bone Therapy in Treating Cervicogenic Vertigo

Abstract
Cervicogenic vertigo is a type of cervical spondylosis dominated by vertigo,which results from ver tebrobasilar circulation disorder caused by chronic injury of cervical soft tissues and cervical joint instability.With the changes of modern lifestyle and working style,the incidence of this disease increases year by year,and severe cases seriously interfere with patients'work and daily life.Director Jiang Tao has long been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal diseases with abundant clinical experience.After years of clinical practice,he holds that the es-sential pathogenesis of the disease is the imbalance of tendons,bones,qi and blood.Therefore,the treatment,especially manipulative therapy,should adhere to the principle of simultaneous regulation of tendons and bones as well as qi and blood.Spinal dynamic and static balance system is adjusted by manipulation to smooth qi and blood circulation,so as to harmonize tendons,bones,qi and blood,and finally cure the disease.关键词
