125I放射性粒子植入联合卡瑞利珠单抗治疗复发性头颈部鳞癌的临床疗效分析
Clinical Efficacy of 125I Radioactive Seed Implantation Combined with Camrelizumab in the Treatment of Recurrent Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of 125I radioactive seed implantation combined with camrelizumab versus camrelizumab alone in the treatment of recurrent head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC),so as to provide new ideas and options for clinical treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients with recurrent HNSCC who were diagnosed and treated in Yichang Central People's Hospital from October 2019 to December 2024.According to different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into the combined treatment group(125I seed implantation combined with camrelizumab,n=32)and the immunotherapy group(only receiving camrelizumab,n=29).The progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the immunotherapy group,the median PFS(8.00 months vs 4.90 months)and median OS(13.50 months vs 7.60 months)in the combined treatment group were significantly prolonged(both P＜0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,different degrees of radiation,skin,immune,blood and gastrointestinal adverse reactions were observed in both groups,and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P＞0.05).Conclusion:125I radioactive seed implantation combined with camrelizumab can significantly prolong the survival time of patients with recurrent HNSCC,and the safety is acceptable,providing a promising treatment strategy for patients with recurrent HNSCC.关键词
