基于中医体质学基本原理探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的精准防治
Precise prevention and treatment of pediatric Henoch-Schönlein purpura based on the fundamental principles of traditional Chinese medicine constitution

Abstract
This paper systematically explores the intrinsic association between the pathogenesis of pediatric Henoch-Schönlein purpura and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution,based on the four fundamental principles of TCM constitution theory:"endowment inheritance theory,""environmental constraints theory,""life process theory,"and"body-spirit composition theory."It examines this relationship through four aspects:genetic susceptibility,inflammatory microenvironment,constitutional adaptation,and psychological stress.The"endowment inheritance theory"reveals how differences in gene expression across distinct constitutions influence disease susceptibility;the"environmental constraints theory"emphasizes how environmental factors such as infection,diet,and seasonality influence the inflammatory microenvironment and immune homeostasis through pathways including epigenetics,thereby triggering disease;the"life process theory"explains the high incidence of this disease among school-age children,aligning with the pathological characteristics of the pure yang constitution in pediatrics,which is prone to heat transformation;and the"body-spirit composition theory"focuses on how adverse emotions participate in pathogenesis through neuroimmune networks.Based on these principles,integrating the core concepts of"prevention before disease onset,preventing disease from exacerbating,and prevention of recurrence after recovery"in TCM preventive treatment of disease,during the"prevention before disease onset"stage,combined with the"endowment inheritance theory,"constitutional identification and early screening of high-risk populations are conducted.During the"preventing disease from exacerbating"stage,fousing on the"life process theory,"personalised herbal interventions tailored to the child' s constitution are applied,alongside measures such as microbiota transplantation and epigenetic regulation to halt disease progression.During the"prevention of recurrence after recovery"stage,integrating the"body-spirit composition theory"with"environmental constraints theory,"psychological counselling and environmental management for paediatric patients are emphasized.This approach highlights the vital role of constitutional regulation in prevention,treatment,and reducing recurrence,aiming to provide theoretical foundations and clinical strategies for the precise prevention and treatment of paediatric Henoch-Schönlein purpura.关键词
