Essential viewpoints of prestigious experts on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hematological diseases Ⅵ

Abstract
On the basis of the previous systematic summary of the academic thoughs and clinical experience of 32 renowned senior TCM physicians,the academic thoughts and clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of four prestigious senior experts,including WU Hanxiang,CHEN Ruquan,LIU Baowen and LIU Feng,were summarized by the China Association of Chinese Medicine Blood Disease Branch and Hematological Diseases' Innovative Research and Transformation Platform of China Association of Chinese Medicine to better summarize,inherit,and carry forward the academic thoughts on treating hematological diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Professor WU Hanxiang advocated"invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney"to treat aplastic anemia,interpreted the treatment of acute leukemia based on"tonifying the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors"and the key premise of"moderation in chemotherapy."Professor CHEN Ruquan grounded on the theoretical system of formulaology,refined the academic thoughts of ZHANG Xichun in treating blood syndrome,and elucidated the biological mechanism of TCM compounds in the treatment of hematological diseases.Professor LIU Baowen treated hematological diseases with the purpose of"taking the kidney as the core,applying syndrome differentiation,and considering both tonifying the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,"integrating TCM classics into clinical practice,and providing valuable ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of TCM hematology.Professor LIU Feng advocated"combining disease and syndrome,differentiating treatment at different levels,"fully considering the unique advantages of TCM in treating hematological diseases,and proposed that the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant hematological diseases lie in"toxin lurking in the marrow."Therefore,treatment should be"tailored to the toxin."The aim of summarizing,exchanging,and learning the experiences of academic viewpoints and clinical thinking method of famous TCM experts is to develop TCM hematology,cultivate talents for the treatment of hematological diseases in TCM,and provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of hematological diseases with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
