Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of health education on chronic disease trajectory patterns on school-age children with epilepsy.Methods One hundred school-age children with epilepsy admitted to a tertiary hospital in Binzhou City from Au-gust 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)received routine nursing care,while the observation group(50 cases)re-ceived chronic disease trajectory management besides routine nursing care.Medication adherence,emotional status,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS)score and the quality of life scale for children with epilepsy(QOLCE)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of Screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)and depression selfrating Scale for children(DSRSC)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication of chronic disease trajectory model in health education and nursing for school-age children with epilepsy has significant effects,which can improve their emotional state,enhance medication compliance,and improve their quality of life.关键词
