新疆公路交通碳排放影响因素及其防控策略研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of Carbon Emissions from Road Transportation in Xinjiang and Control Strategies

Abstract
Based on energy consumption and turnover data of Xinjiang's road transport from 2009 to 2022,this study calculates total carbon emissions using the IPCC emission factor methodology and identifies key driving factors through the Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI)decomposition model.The findings reveal that carbon emissions from road transportation in Xinjiang followed an"initial increase followed by stabilization"trend,with growth rates slowing significantly after 2013.Freight transport is the dominant emission source,accounting for more than 85%of total emissions.Notably,pronounced regional heterogeneity exists between Northern and Southern Xinjiang.Leveraging Xinjiang's abundant solar and wind resources,this paper proposes a"photovoltaic-storage-charging-discharging+low-temperature adaptation"strategy for promoting new energy vehicles and establishes an integrated"transport-energy-ecology"three-in-one mitigation framework,offering practical and actionable policy insights for green transportation transition in frontier regions.关键词
